About Lee Ann Krause-Henry:
Is your child struggling to express their frustrations in a healthy way? Do they often react with big feelings, either acting out or withdrawing from others when faced with challenges? As a result, are these struggles impacting their friendships and performance at school? As a parent, do you sometimes feel lost and overwhelmed by the situation, unsure how to help them?
Does your adolescent experience sadness, irritability, or disconnection? Do they find it hard to manage their emotional ups and downs? Additionally, are the pressures of school and extracurricular activities leading to unhealthy ways of coping? Are you concerned about their impulse control, decision-making processes, sleep quality, or social media use?
As an adult, are you stuck in an unhealthy relationship, or overwhelmed by negative thoughts? Perhaps past memories keep resurfacing, triggering feelings of anxiety, depression and anger? Are cycles of self-doubt holding you back, making it hard to move forward?
If you find yourself reflecting on these questions, take a moment to breathe deeply. Remember that you are not alone in this journey. When you’re ready to seek solutions, therapy can provide a nurturing and secure environment for you or your loved one. Once you take that first step, we will confront the challenges, develop individual coping strategies, and work together to make a healthier path forward.
For over twenty years, I have provided mental health services to children, adolescents, and their parents. From my experience, reaching out for help is often the hardest step. However, it’s important to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin the healing process. If you believe we might be a good fit, I invite you to call (281) 810-9775. After that, your journey toward healing can begin.
Beyond Therapy
I provide in-person individual therapy to children as young as 3, adolescents, and adults in southeast Houston, including Pearland, Alvin, Manvel, Friendswood, League City, Webster, Clear Lake, Pasadena, Dickinson, and Texas City. In addition, telehealth services are available to individuals living in Texas.
When not in the counseling office, I enjoy spending time with my children, cheering them on in after-school activities as they explore their interests and learn new skills. I also love walking my rescue dog, enjoying the companionship as we take a needed break together. Additionally, I have a passion for musical theater. Whether it’s a dazzling Broadway production or a charming performance of local theater groups. I immerse myself in the magic of live music and storytelling.
