Virtual Therapy in Texas
Many people feel that therapy delivered over a screen will be not be as effective, others value the flexibility and convenience of telehealth. Wherever you stand, therapy’s effectiveness depends on your relationship with your therapist and the therapist’s competence. Your ability to heal is not dependent on location.
All therapists at Blue Horizon Counseling offer services both in person and on-line. Our modalities have been shown to be very effective on-line, including EMDR and therapy with children and adolescents. If you are questioning if it will be right for you, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to talk you through it.
Our licenses do require that all clients are located in the state of Texas during the session. Additionally, we require that you are in a quiet, confidential location for your safety and privacy.
